Soak-off Gel Polish Guarantee
As we are committed to customer satisfaction, we are happy to offer a 24-hour gel polish guarantee. If your gel polish chips within 24 hours after your appointment, we ask that you please call us within this time period to make an appointment for your nail repair. In order to better serve our clients, this repair appointment must be within 3 days after your initial service - otherwise, this guarantee is forfeited. Thank you ~ we appreciate your cooperation.
Please inform us at least 3 hours in advance should you need to cancel your appointment.
Late Arrival
If you expect to be late to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Otherwise, if we are not informed and you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your slot will be opened up to other clients.

Bijou accepts Visacard, Mastercard, and Cash. No checks, please.

Gratuities are humbly appreciated in cash, please. Thank you!
